Kristin, a Chicago native, moved to Manhattan after college, where she spent 28 years building a successful career. She began in financial services as a research analyst and later served as an editor at The Wall Street Journal. She eventually transitioned into healthcare, where she led operations, strategy, and relationship management for nearly two decades.
After more than 20 years of visiting Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, Kristin made the move to Florida eight years ago in search of a better lifestyle and to be closer to family. Now a real estate professional, she brings sharp strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every client interaction.
Kristin is also certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and in Luxury Home Marketing, further enhancing the value she brings to buyers and sellers alike. Her goal is to make every transaction smooth, informed, and client-centered from start to finish
